Fall for spooky sophistication

This time of year is perfect for creating a more atmospheric vibe in your home.

With the dark nights sneaking in, the crisp Autumn air and the vibrant oranges & reds of the British countryside, how could we not want to bring that indoors? So with this in mind we decided to shoot

2 of our best sellers, the Blake and the Santiago. Our friends at Hilltop Country House were generous enough to allow us to shoot in their stunning grounds.

With Autumn obviously comes Halloween and in the states, Thanksgiving. This helps when deciding what overall looks will work around this season. Think rich, warm tones, furs and natural materials.

With our Blake dining collection being made from dark reclaimed wood, it’s finish is the ideal foundation for Halloween inspired styling. To amp up the spook factor add various dark deep colours in the forms of fruit and candles, after all nothing says Halloween more that candle light and pumpkins.

As with the Blake, our Santiago’s design influences how best to style a Fall look. With the collections main feature being it’s painted reclaimed finish, the Santiago lends itself to a New England Thanksgiving look brilliantly.

Add our beautifully rustic brass lantern and one of our soft brown sheepskins to the circular Santiago table and chairs. The natural warm shade of the sheepskin matches perfectly with the reclaimed ash wood of the table top. Adding cushions to your dining chairs creates a cosy appearance as well as a welcoming one. As a finishing touch add a few pumpkins to tie the look together.

If you’d like to create either of these looks in your home but don’t fancy buying a new dining set why not try our raw hide camp chair. This chair is a statement in itself, with its visible thick stitching & lovely worn leather appearance this chair is a must for any Autumn décor.

A quick Fall update can be as simple as a floral centrepiece with extra Autumnal foliage. Such as, berries, oak leaves and acorns. Place this on your dining table to bring a little of the outdoors inside.
