Spink & Edgar: A collection of glamorous modern classics.

Our brand new Spink & Edgar showroom mixes stunning designs with an art deco twist.

If you’ve been in-store recently you’ll have noticed we’ve had an influx of new products and some exciting new collections have arrived on the showroom floor. One of the collections that stands, or should we say sashays out, is our Spink & Edgar upholstery - created in collaboration with Tetrad, another of our brands. It’s a range of sofas and armchairs that ooze opulence and sophistication.

Every piece within this collection has been hand-crafted in the heart of Lancashire in the UK. Featuring sumptuous velvets from Italy, exquisite GP & J Baker printed fabrics and award-winning Spink & Edgar pocket springs, this collection has it all from style to comfort.

If the fabulous fabrics and time-less designs weren’t glamorous enough, Spink & Edgar have named each piece after Hollywood starlets, jewellery designers and artists all from the Art Deco and Art Nouveau period. You can now have famous names such as; Harlow (Jean Harlow), Crawford (Joan Crawford), Lalique (René Lalique), Lamour (Dorothy Lamour), Garbo (Greta Garbo), Hopkins (Miriam Hopkins), Loretta (Loretta Young) and Tiffany (Louis Comfort Tiffany), all sat pride of place in your home.

The Lamour

The Lamour is a low back design with curved arms and deep seats, it’s the perfect spot for one to drape oneself across.

The Garbo

The Garbo chair is the perfect in-between, it has the comfort of a traditional armchair, with the style of an accent chair. It is charming with its clean lines and traditional design, but still has an undercurrent of pure glamour with its velvet upholstery.

The Lalique

The Lalique’s decorative printed cushions, reminiscent of René Lalique’s glass designs, adds to its already art deco inspired structure. With outward curving arms, soft pillow back design and large pocket spring seats it’s a statement sofa made for entertaining.

If you fancy swooning over intricate patterns and lush velvets, pop in-store this weekend for a close up look at these grand designs!
