Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

The Promoter is set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions.


This competition is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address. Employees and immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or promotion agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. Proof of age may be required.

By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence. 

No purchase necessary. There is no charge to submit an entry via the website.


Entries must be received between 00:01 on 18 March 2024 and 23:59 on 20 May 2024 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.


There are two routes to entry for this competition; via the website ( and via the Arighi Bianchi Instagram page (@arighibianchi). One entry per channel is allowed per person.

To enter via the website, go to, visit the competition page, follow the instructions at the top of the page and submit your details and other required information using the online form provided. Engaging with any social media posts does not count as an entry to the competition.

To enter via the Instagram page, users are required to like the grid post, share the post to their own story and comment on the post. Completing all of these actions will qualify the user for a social entry.


There is a limit of one entry per person per channel. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.

No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition. 


The prize is a 5-night holiday to Los Angeles, for two adults, including return flights from the UK, worth up to £5,000. There is one prize available to be won. 

The prize must be booked via Travel Counsellors independent travel consultant Katie Collis, within 21 days of the prize draw end date. 

The prize holiday can be booked for any available departure date up to 1st March 2025, subject to confirmation of flight availability.  The prize holiday must be booked at least four weeks prior to the departure date.

The prize holiday includes standard accommodation (on a twin-share), airport transfers, a Walking Tour* activity, 2 x UK airport security fast track passes and 2 x UK airport lounge passes. The intended hotel is the Beverly Hilton, however this is subject to hotel availability. Should this hotel not be available on winner’s chosen dates or be offering special rates only (e.g. in the case of a special event), an alternative hotel will be offered.

Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.

The winner is responsible for arranging any visas and vaccinations required for their chosen trip. The winner is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance.

Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.  



All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random.  

The winner’s details (surname and county only) will be available for one month after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter at Arighi Bianchi & Co. Limited, The Silk Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK10 1LH, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, or alternatively by emailing



Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. The winners will be required to respond within 14 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner. 

Please allow 30 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize. 



We will treat all personal data as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from any of the Promoter’s agents or suppliers involved in the administration of this competition, you understand and accept that the relevant third party will be solely responsible for any processing of your personal data for these purposes, that such processing will be governed by terms of that third party’s privacy policy and that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in association with any such data processing for these purposes.  



The winner and their travel companion(s) may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and must, if requested, procure the written agreement of all parties to take part in such publicity.

Assets such as images or video footage obtained during publicity may be used by the Promoter or authorised parties in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever.  The Promoter retains copyright of all such assets and materials.

The Promoter may request images from the winner taken during the holiday to be used for marketing and publicity materials.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the competition into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

This competition and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
