Arighi Bianchi joins the Macclesfield Coffee Festival 2026 Saturday 17th October 2026 | Arighi Bianchi, Macclesfield Macclesfield Coffee Festival is back this October, celebrating the town’s thriving independent café culture and the people, places and stories that make Macclesfield so special. And this year, we’re delighted to be getting involved. Taking place across Macclesfield on Saturday 17th October, the festival brings together independent cafés, baristas, bakers and local businesses for a day filled with coffee, food, workshops, talks, competitions and plenty of reasons to explore the town. Discover over 170 years of Arighi Bianchi  As part of the festival, our very own Nick Bianchi, fourth-generation member of the Bianchi family and Brand Director at Arighi Bianchi, will be hosting a special talk exploring the history of our iconic Macclesfield store. From our beginnings in 1854, through generations of the Arighi Bianchi family, Nick will share some of the stories behind the business, our relationship with Macclesfield and how the store has evolved over more than 170 years – including the journey to the Caffè AB you know today.   Stop by for a coffee Of course, it wouldn’t be a Coffee Festival without plenty of coffee. From 1pm-2:30pm, we’ll also be offering complimentary coffee tasters at Arighi Bianchi. So whether you’re joining us for Nick’s talk or making your way around the festival, stop by, grab a coffee and explore all four floors of furniture, interiors and inspiration while you’re here. Follow the Macclesfield Café Crawl We’re also one of the stops on this year’s Macclesfield Café Crawl Stamp Trail, with Caffè AB at Arighi Bianchi listed as stop 24. Pick up your festival programme, make your way around Macclesfield and collect stamps from participating venues. Visit five or more festival participants and you can enter the festival's Nomad Coffee Hamper competition. And there’s another reason to stop at Caffè AB.
