Arighi Bianchi has never fallen below their exceptional standards of quality, efficiency, courtesy, aftercare and friendly, helpful staff (from the top down). And we can never pass through Macclesfield without calling for coffee and the superb scones in the cafe!!

We have bought from Arighi Bianchi's before. We found the online shopping experience was good as we no longer live close enough to enjoy the in store experience (not to mention the cafe!) The furniture is always high quality and delivery has been efficient too. The delivery men were prompt, called in advance and were very caring of both the furniture and of our house!

We ordered new dining room furniture which had to be to the measurements advertised as there was no leeway. The whole process was excellent from start to finish with plenty of communication, thank you Tracey. Delivery was earlier than expected and to guys delivering were brilliant, nothing too much trouble and they made sure everything was how we wanted before they left. All in all can not fault the process from start to finish, Thank you Arighi’s you have great colleagues. I am sure we will be back again in the future.

My first time there, it was great to see a real, family owned establishment, with the owner, Paul, wondering around. The furniture was of a very high standard, excellent quality, and we enjoyed lovely salads in the cafe-and cake! Customer service.....excellent!

Absolutely lovely place - fabulous furniture, impeccable customer service , scrummy food in the cafe/restaurant. My family have bought furniture here for longer than I can remember. On my 3rd suite my first was 23 years ago when I was setting up my first home and was expecting a baby and whilst waiting for our new sofa they let us borrow one until ours was ready. A few years later another house move and some more children we bought a Collins and heyes which lasted 17 years and we recently replaced that one just because it was time and also had a new floor which is stunning. Today they totally exceeded my expectations when I urgently needed a mattress for my son. After a quick call I was on my way to the warehouse to pick up a mattress. Cannot recommend enough.

Without doubt the best customer service I've ever come across. Everyone I have dealt with here has been so polite professional and helpful. It has the feeling of a small personal company where the staff actually care!
