Although we don’t currently offer a gift wrapping service, it may be possible for some items. Just reach out to our team when placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to assist.

If you'd like your gift to be sent directly to the recipient, beautifully wrapped for the festive season or another special occasion, simply enter their details at checkout, send us an email with your order number to check if gift wrapping is possible, and we'll deliver directly to their door on your chosen drop-off date!

You can place your order online for collection from our Macclesfield warehouse.

Just place your order as normal, making sure to select our click and collect delivery option, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pick up at our dedicated collection point.

Shopping for gifts can sometimes be difficult, especially if you don't know the recipient all too well.

So, if you find the gift you select isn't quite right, don't worry!

Most items can be returned within 14 days, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Some made-to-order items may be ineligible for return, but always check with our experts to be sure.
